Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade ceramic piece. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please review the following policy carefully.

1. General Return Eligibility and Window

We accept returns on all eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Condition Requirement
Return Window The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date you received the item.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, your ceramic item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or any ceramic pieces marked as “Final Sale” or custom-commissioned work.

2. How to Initiate a Return (The Process)

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact us immediately at contact@z-ceramic.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Awaiting Authorization: Wait for a response from our team. We will review the request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Secure Packaging: Items must be returned using their original, protective Z-Ceramic packaging to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

  4. Shipment: Clearly mark the RA Number on the exterior of the package and ship the item to the address provided in the authorization email.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Damaged Items (See Section 4): If the item is defective or was damaged upon arrival, Z-Ceramic will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all associated costs.

4. Damages and Defects Upon Arrival

If an item arrives damaged, please refer to Section 5 of our Shipping Policy.

  • You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We require clear photos of the damage and the packaging to process a refund or send a replacement. Do not return damaged items without authorization.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe, please check your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@z-ceramic.com.
