All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a second email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

2. Worldwide Shipping Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, fragility, and destination of the items in your order.

3. International Orders and Customs Duties

  • Customs and Import Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: Z-Ceramic is not responsible for these charges. Any duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check with your local customs office prior to ordering to determine potential costs.

4. Damages, Losses, and Breakages

Due to the fragile nature of our ceramic items, we take special care in packaging. Should an issue occur, we offer a clear resolution process:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must notify us immediately at contact@z-ceramic.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: To process a claim, please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the original exterior packaging.
  • Resolution: We will review the documentation and provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on the item’s availability and your preference.
  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@z-ceramic.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
